Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All enquiries are undertaken via email and online messaging 
  • You have the right to return your (non-custom) order at any time up to the end of the 14th day following the day on which you received the goods. You must notify us within those 14 days you wish to return your order for return/exchange and then you have 14 days in which to return your order once we have authorised this. We will not accept returns/exchanges outside these timescales.
  • DO NOT send your item back without contacting us in advance to authorise the returns
  • If you have purchased your item via an online platform such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, please message us through the correct channel to discuss
  • Buyer pays return shipping cost on any exchanges or returns - this applies to both UK and international buyers.
  • Please obtain proof of posting for your records as you will need to show if item is lost in transit on return for refund
  • We have the right to refuse to accept the return if the item is in any way soiled or not returned in the condition the item was initially sent to the customer.
  • Please ensure you read the listings fully, if there is anything you are not sure about then please contact us before purchasing.
  • Exchanges will not be posted until original item is received back to ourselves.All goods will be fully inspected on return. International exchanges - buyer to pay for replacement to be resent.  We will send you an invoice at the time to cover the new shipping cost
  • To be eligible for a return. You must first email us through the 'Contact Us' page on this website within the above timeframe with details of your return/exchange request. Please state your name, a description of the goods, order number and reason for cancellation/exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Worn garments, marked items will not be accepted
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Personalised and bespoke goods CANNOT be returned nor exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as underwear or swimwear.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (which we choose to accept at our discretion). 

REFUNDS: 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a reversal will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Paypal refunds can only be issued up to 60 days after the initial period. If for whatever reason, we need to refund you after that 60 days then you will be responsible for Paypal's charges for receiving money from us.
  • PLEASE ALLOW 10 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR BANK/CARD PROCESSOR TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. We can provide you with the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) to give to your bank for them to investigate
  • Sale items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If we believe items have been damaged due to lack of care by you then we reserve the right to refund or refuse a replacement. 
  • No international tax or duty/customs charges will be refunded.
  • Refunds use the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or bank account.  If the card or bank account has been closed or cancelled prior to the refund being issued, then the buyer will need to contact the receiving bank of the closed account to arrange for the funds to be transferred.
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency used to pay for the order. 
  • If the currency needs to be converted for the refund, then the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the conversion.
